CLEVELAND — Baker and Emily Mayfield have done it again.
The superstar couple announced on Friday their partnership with Meijer and BodyArmor to provide gifts to kids in Ohio ahead of the holiday season, through donations to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio.
The event is part of the Mayfields' third annual Passing the Joy event to bring holiday cheer to Northeast Ohio families in need.

“We have so much respect for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio and the work they do every day to help kids in our community,” Baker Mayfield said. “Emily and I are so grateful for partners like Meijer and BODYARMOR to step up to help us deliver joy to these kids, and we encourage others to pitch in to help this organization as well.”

According to a press release, Baker and Emily spent one day earlier this week loading up shopping carts with toys and gifts for children, and handing them out to over 70 kids at the Broadway Boys & Girls Club in Cleveland.
“We so much appreciate what Baker, Emily, Meijer and BODYARMOR are doing to help make sure kids throughout Northeast Ohio have toys to open up on Christmas morning,” said Jeff Scott, President and CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio. “The economic hardship caused by the pandemic has been especially hard on many of our families this year, so we are very grateful, and our kids will be as well.”
The remaining gifts purchased by the Mayfields will be sent to clubs across Northeast Ohio for children to enjoy this season.
