CANTON, Ohio — Canton police are investigating after a 54-year-old man was stabbed to death on Wednesday.
Police say officers responded to 2215 Tuscarawas Street at around 8:40 p.m. when they found a victim in the back of the building with "numerous" stab wounds to his upper body.
The victim, who has been identified as Keith Dwayne Griggs of Canton, was taken to Aultman Hospital, where he died as a result of his injuries.
Officers arrested 38-year-old Willis Ricardo Kennedy of Canton in connection to the murder. Kennedy is being charged with aggravated murder.
