EAST CLEVELAND, Ohio — Two elderly women are dead after a house fire broke out in East Cleveland early Saturday morning.
According to the East Cleveland Fire Department, the fire happened at approximately 4 a.m. in the 1200 block of East 135th Street.
When fire crews arrived, they found the unidentified women who were immediately transported to University Hospitals. Both were pronounced dead at the hospital.
The cause of the fire remains undetermined. No additional information has been provided at this time.
