Bond was set at $5,000 for a city of Cleveland employee accused of illegally selling scrap metal.
Thomas Sneperger appeared in court Friday morning on charges of theft. He's accused of stealing scrap metal from the Harvard Avenue facility where he worked. He allegedly sold the metal and kept the money.
Sneperger was arrested Wednesday and investigation remains ongoing.
