As of 1:03 p.m., officials had safely located the missing man.

The Cleveland Division of Police is asking for help from the public in locating a missing man.
Police say 56-year-old Mark Alford, who is from East Cleveland, was last seen on Friday, March 10, at around 9:07 p.m. near 2518 Muriel Avenue in Cleveland.
Alford left his vehicle, a Chevy Suburban, running with the doors open and has not been seen since.
He is described as standing at 6-foot-1-inch, weighing 263 pounds, with brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a dark-colored jacket with jeans.
Anyone with information on Alford's whereabouts is asked to contact the Cleveland Division of Police at 216-621-1234 or by calling 911.
