A new bar is coming to the East Bank of The Flats next spring. The new bar, called Good Night John Boy, will take over the former Flip Side location on W. 10th Street. Flip Side closed for the renovations Monday.
Good Night John Boy will be inspired by the 70s, according to a news release issued Tuesday. The bar will host "Old School" parties on weekends and serve late-night diner food, perfect for combating a hangover.
Chef Shawn Monday will offer "good old home cooking" that will include breakfast and lunch.
The new bar is scheduled to open in the early spring.
