CLEVELAND -- Cleveland MetroHealth officials have found the owner of a special guest.
An African Parrot somehow ended up on the roof of MetroHealth's main campus Thursday.
A MetroHealth officer managed to rescue the bird, which was taken to the hospital's police station to hang out with the chief.
His owner was later located, and he came to pick up his pet Thursday afternoon.
