CLEVELAND — It was nearly three years ago that Arnold Schwarzenegger underwent heart surgery at the Cleveland Clinic.
Apparently "The Terminator" told Northeast Ohio: "I'll be back."
Taking to Facebook on Wednesday, the Cleveland Police Fourth District revealed that Schwarzenegger made his return to Cleveland last week. Alongside a picture of the former California Governor with two police officers on horseback, the post revealed that Schwarzenegger chatted with the two officers on North Marginal Road.
“Can you believe it? Arnold Schwarzenegger stopped to talk to Cleveland Police Mounted Unit Patrol Officer Janusczak and Officer Farley and their mounts, Max and Jim, last week on North Marginal Road," the post reads.
Back in October 2020, Schwarzenegger underwent heart surgery at the Cleveland Clinic. He celebrated the occasion by sightseeing downtown, which he included pictures of in his post.
"Thanks to the team at the Cleveland Clinic, I have a new aortic valve to go along with my new pulmonary valve from my last surgery," Schwarzenegger said on Twitter. "I feel fantastic and have already been walking the streets of Cleveland enjoying your amazing statues. Thank you to every doc and nurse on my team!"
It's unclear why Schwarzenegger was back in Cleveland this time around. The 75-year-old former Mr. Universe recently starred in "FUBAR," an eight-episode action comedy series on Netflix.
