CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Division of Fire is investigating a fatal fire that broke out on Cleveland's east side Saturday afternoon.
According to officials, the blaze took place near East 112th Street and Sandusky Avenue, and members of the Fifth Batallion responded. One fatality was confirmed by Cleveland Fire on Twitter and another resident was taken to MetroHealth Cleveland for treatment. Officials tell 3News that the victim is currently in stable condition.
The fire is under control and the cause of the incident has yet to be determined or announced.
