CLEVELAND — An investigation is underway after a body was recovered from Lake Erie at Euclid Beach Park on Saturday evening.
Cleveland Metroparks tells 3News that Cleveland Metroparks Police Department and the Cleveland Fire Department assisted in the recovery.
The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office will be working to identify the body.
Update: According to the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner, the body has been identified as 39-year-old James R. Brooks of Cleveland.
At this time, no other details have been released.
