UPDATE: Boy, 11, missing from Cleveland found safe

According to police, Christopher "CJ" Livest hasn't been seen since a basketball game Monday evening.

CLEVELAND — Christopher, CJ, Livest, who had been missing from Cleveland, has been found safe, according to Cleveland police. 

On Tuesday morning, the Cleveland Division of Police asked for the public's help in finding the 11-year-old boy missing since Monday evening.

According to a news release, Christopher "CJ" Livest was reported missing around 10:30 p.m. after not coming home from a basketball game held in the 3200 block of East 145th Street.

He was last seen at approximately 6:30 p.m.

Police say initial reports indicate the boy was dropped off outside his home, but never went inside. Additionally, Christopher, who goes by CJ, was not considered a habitual runaway. 

CJ was considered endangered because of his age, police say. 

He is described as follows:

  • 5’0”
  • 100 lbs.
  • Black hair
  • Brown eyes
