CLEVELAND — Cleveland police temporarily closed a stretch of Superior Avenue Saturday morning to clear debris after a building partially collapsed.
The partial collapse comes amid high winds that whipped across the region on Friday and Saturday, with thousands of residents in Northeast Ohio still without power.
According to a Cleveland Division of Police spokesperson, police closed Superior Avenue from East 124th Street to East 125th Street and redirected traffic to allow the city's Division of Streets to clear debris from the collapse. The road has since been reopened.
Police said there were no reported injuries as a result of the incident.
