CLEVELAND — UPDATE: Chyla Smiley has been located and the Amber Alert has been canceled, police said just before 9:30 p.m.

An Amber Alert has beenissued by Cleveland police in connection to a missing infant who police allege was abducted by a man believed to be her father.
Three-month-old Chyla Smiley was allegedly abducted from 1892 Mannering Road. She was last seen Thursday just before 5:30 p.m.
According to police, the infant is suspected to have been abducted by Jackeel Kemorian La Priest Taylor, 28 of East Cleveland. Police believe Taylor is the infant's father. Police say Taylor attacked the infant's grandmother and took the child.
Smiley is 27 inches tall and weighs 12 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a multi-colored Care Bears outfit with ruffles.
Taylor is 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 165 pounds. He was last seen wearing stone washed blue jeans, a white T-Shirt and white Jordan brand sneakers. According to police, he has a tattoo of angel wings on his neck and wears his hair in dreadlocks.
Police are searching for a silver 2016 Chevrolet Cruz with Ohio license plates reading KBJ 6919. The car's owner is listed to Justice Walker of Dayton. Police say the car was seen headed north east, possibly toward East 93rd Street and Hough Avenue.
