Cleveland closes roads as Russo brothers continue to film production of ‘Cherry’

The closures will remain in effect through Friday.

CLEVELAND — Lights! Camera! Action!

Joe and Anthony Russo, the hometown duo who directed some of Marvel's biggest movies, are back in Cleveland to make their next film with Spider-Man star Tom Holland.

The pair began filming their production of Cherry earlier this month and filming is set to continue this week.

With the project underway, city officials have issued warnings of road closures that began Tuesday and will continue through Friday.

Here's how these road closures may impact your drive:

  • Tuesday, Nov. 19 through Wednesday, Nov. 20 from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. 

- Euclid Avenue from Martin Luther King Jr. Drive to Adelbert Road 

-  Adelbert Road from Euclid Avenue to Circle Drive 

  •  Thursday, Nov. 21 through Friday, Nov. 22 from 10 a.m. to 12 a.m. 

- Murray Hill Road from Mayfield Road to Fairview Avenue 

- Paul Avenue from Random Road to Murray Hill Road 

  • Parking will be unavailable on the following streets: 

- Random Road from Mayfield Road to Paul Avenue

-  Alexander Avenue from E. 124th Street to E. 123rd Street

-  Mayfield Road from E. 123rd Street to E. 120th Street
