CLEVELAND — One year ago today, Cleveland firefighter Johnny Tetrick tragically lost his life in the line of duty when he was struck by a vehicle while on the scene of a separate traffic accident in Cleveland.
Tetrick served as a firefighter in the city of Cleveland for over 27 years, with 25 of those years serving on Engine Co #22.
In an effort to show "brotherhood" and to "never forget" Tetrick, Cleveland firefighters performws "The Tetrick Tough 22" workout in his honor.
The workout consists of the following workouts seen below, each done with 22 reps.

- Tricep extensions
Leander Bissell was charged in Tetrick's death and was found guilty on six charges, including murder and failure to stop after an accident.
