CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Department of Health is raising awareness of phony COVID-19 hazard warning signs depicting a contaminated area within the city.

Although these signs may appear to be an official warning with the Cleveland Department of Health logo attached, they are fake.

“It is NOT an official noticed posted by @CleDPH nor anyone associated with our department,” officials posted on Twitter. “Please disregard this as a public health warning if you see it anywhere in our community.”
