If you're a passenger at Cleveland Hopkins Airport looking for updates on flight arrivals, departures and baggage claims, you might be in a bit of trouble.
According to the Mayor's office, the airport is experiencing "isolated technical issues," which began Monday. As a result, the airport's emailing system is down and the arrivals, departures and baggage claim screens have gone black.
A source told WKYC that this could be the result of a possible virus within the airport's computer system. Officials are currently working to resolve the issues.
No flights or security operations are impacted by the outages.
This is a developing story. Stay with WKYC for updates as they become available.
