- Search function based on the end users’ goal
- Mobile-friendly interface
“This launch is another stage in our effort to elevate Mayor Bibb’s vision of a modern and transparent City Hall,” said Froilan Roy C. Fernando, Chief Innovation and Technology Officer. “In the coming weeks, more digital services and applications will be brought forth on the City’s website to provide information and collaboration on services between the City’s departments and our community here in Northeast Ohio.”
Based on data, employee and resident input during the redesign process, city officials say they aimed to provide users with a more valuable, user-centric and responsive resource that can be accessed across all platforms and devices.
“We will work with our residents to make sure any concerns are addressed and tweaks are made accordingly,” according to the press release.
