The incident took place at approximately 5:35 p.m. on Sunday evening. Officers responded to calls of shots fired on the 15800 block of Corsica Avenue in Cleveland's North Collinwood neighborhood.

When officers arrived, they learned that a party had been hosted at the location. During the party, an argument started that escalated into a physical altercation between the suspect and the victims. During the altercation, a 17-year-old boy was shot in the leg and a 34-year-old man was grazed by a bullet.

The suspect fled the scene after the shooting, but was quickly located and arrested by Cleveland officers. Police also say they found a stolen firearm in his possession during his arrest.

The suspect is a 32-year-old man, according to police. Charges are pending.
