Authorities say the teen, identified as Daismarie Alicea, was found out of state. Officials are currently working to get her back home.

Daismarie is believed to have been staying with her grandparents near West 122nd Street and Linnet Avenue before disappearing. A source close to the case told 3News she had met an individual believed to be an older male on PlayStation prior to going missing, and law enforcement said she suffers from a medical condition that made finding her "critical."

A vigil for Daismarie took place Thursday evening, right before police announced she had been found. It is not known if anyone will be charged in the case.
