CLEVELAND — Cleveland police are investigating a fatal shooting in the Flats neighborhood Saturday morning.
A Cleveland police officer on the scene near Riverbed Street and Elm Street confirmed to 3News that one victim died following the shooting.
3News crews observed as many as 60 evidence markers at the scene. Police said about twenty bullet casings were recovered.
