Fatal crash kills 1, injures 3 in Cleveland

The two-car accident happened at East 116th Street and Kinsman Road.

CLEVELAND — An investigation is underway after a crash on Thursday left one person dead and three others injured in Cleveland.

Cleveland police say the two-car accident happened at East 116th Street and Kinsman Road. EMS officials transported three individuals to MetroHealth and University Hospital following the crash. One individual was pronounced dead on the scene by EMS.

At this time, the crash remains under investigation and is being investigated by the Cleveland Division of Police's Accident Investigation Unit.
