CLEVELAND — Cleveland police are investigating a suspected homicide after a man was found dead on the city's southeast side Friday afternoon.
According to a Cleveland Division of Police spokesperson, police responded to a call from an address on the 15800 block of Lotus Avenue and found a 67-year-old man with gunshot wounds at around 4:20 p.m. Friday.
Cleveland EMS medics pronounced the man dead at the scene.
Police say no arrests have been made and the investigation into the shooting is ongoing.
The victim has since been identified by the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office as Charles Davis of Cleveland.
