CLEVELAND — Cleveland police are investigating a major single-car crash involving a car that flipped on Euclid Avenue early Saturday morning.
3News viewer Zak MacDonald sent in photos of the aftermath, showing extensive damage to a blue sedan in the 2000 block of Euclid Avenue near the campus of Cleveland State University.
Cleveland police: Car flips on Euclid Avenue, driver leaves scene
Cleveland police confirmed to 3News that fire crews responded to the crash but the driver ran from the scene. Police told 3News the car was allegedly previously stolen before the crash.
Witnesses say the crash happened around 3:30-3:45 a.m. Saturday.
