The Northeast Ohio law enforcement agency on Monday sent out photos of the unidentified victim's tattoos, which can be found below.
The man appears to have one tattoo that says "Bridget," and one that reads "I am my sister's protector." Police also believe they can make out one that says
"Te'naizhai."

The incident first began on Feb. 2 when officers were called out to the 16000 block of Euclid Avenue for reports of a body found in the sewer. Officers arrived at the scene around 11:45 a.m. and located the man's body with a single gunshot wound to the chest.
At this time, a person of interest has not been identified. The matter remains under investigation by detectives with the Cleveland Division of Police.
