CLEVELAND — Police are asking for the public's help finding a 12-year-old Cleveland boy who has been missing for four days.
Officials say Deonte "DJ" Bennett got into an argument with his grandmother around 9:45 p.m. Saturday and ran away from their East 139th Street home. The family believes he may have gone to Garfield Heights (based on social media information), but other possible locations include the Miles Park School and his aunt's house on the 12300 block of Ferris Avenue.
DJ is described as being 5-foot-3 and weighing 180 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was wearing gray basketball shorts; a black shirt with red, white, and blue striped on the arms; and carrying a turquoise backpack at the time of his disappearance.
Anyone with information regarding DJ's whereabouts is asked to immediately call Cleveland police at (216) 621-1234.
