The victim was taken to a local hospital. While his injuries were described as "very serious," his exact condition is not known at this time.

Authorities obtained footage from a Nest doorbell camera affixed to a Warren Road home on the edge of the Kamm's Corner's neighborhood. While the video is somewhat grainy, it depicts the collision itself and briefly shows the suspect vehicle.

WARNING: Viewer discretion is advised

Police are hoping the footage will help them locate the person responsible. Anyone with information regarding the suspect's identity or whereabouts is asked to immediately call Cleveland's Accident Investigation Unit at (216) 623-5295.
