CLEVELAND — UPDATE: At 11:46 a.m., the Cleveland Division of Police said Jessica Taylor had been safely located that police continue to investigate.

Cleveland police are asking the public's help finding a woman who they believe was kidnapped from the city's West Boulevard neighborhood Sunday morning.
According to a Cleveland Division of Police spokesperson, investigators believe Jessica Taylor was abducted by a male suspect in the 3400 block of West 92nd Street.
Police say preliminary information indicated the unknown suspect fired "multiple" gunshots in the air and approached Taylor in a car. Police allege the suspect hit Taylor with his hands and forced his way into the car before fleeing east on Maywood Avenue.
Taylor is described by police as 5 feet 6 inches tall and 130 pounds.
The unknown suspect was described as a tall man with a bald head and dressed in black clothing.
Taylor's car is a white 2012 Cadillac SUV Model SRX with an Ohio license plate KCW1797.
