CLEVELAND — Authorities in Cleveland have closed the intersection of West 88th Street and Almira Avenue on the city’s west side as a portion of the road is collapsing.
We’ve learned the roadway is blocked off between Almira and Silverton avenues.
No additional details are immediately available.
