CLEVELAND — A SWAT team has been called to a home in Cleveland amid a standoff situation.
Cleveland police say that a 60-year-old man is barricaded inside a home in the 3700 block of East 55th Street.
The man has discharged his firearm twice, according to the Cleveland Division of Police.
At this time, individuals are being asked to avoid the area.
