Collinwood Recreation Center

"Anyone seeking overnight shelter should call 211 who will be able to connect you with a variety of shelter and housing overnight options that best meet each individual’s needs," according to a post on the city's Facebook page.
The drop in temperatures comes as 3News' Senior Meteorologist Matt Wintz says an arctic front is swinging through all of Northeast Ohio.
"We’ll get an initial burst of snow and then here’s your arctic front around midnight," Wintz says. "Temperatures will go from near 30 at midnight down into the mid to upper teens.”
You can also expect a gusty wind to make wind chills hit temps below zero by Thursday morning.
