CLEVELAND--The city's weather-related parking ban has been lifted as of 11 a.m. Friday.
However, city officials are still encouraging people to try to avoid parking on city streets in order to allow plows to continue to remove snow on the roads.
The parking restrictions went into effect Thursday afternoon after many across the region were hit with brutal cold and snow.
