CLEVELAND — A dead body was found in an abandoned house in Cleveland on Monday.
According to Cleveland police, officers responded to 4126 E. 112th Street at approximately 9:49 p.m. following an anonymous call reporting a dead body at an abandoned house. Upon arrival, officers found the skeletal remains of a decomposing body.
The Homicide Unit reported for an investigation and violence is suspected. The victim's remains have been transported to the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s Office for further examination, identification and to determine the cause and manner of the victim's death.
An investigation remains ongoing.
