CLEVELAND — It's being described as a "dramatic water rescue" by the Cleveland Fire Department.
Officials with the fire department say one person was pulled to safety after becoming trapped in a basement apartment amid flooding conditions in the 2000 block of Stearns Road.
An officer and sergeant were both treated with exposure to cold after entering water to assist.
The situation has left 10 people displaced from their apartments. The Red Cross is being brought in to assist those impacted.
The fire department tweeted a series of photos from the scene Sunday morning showing high water in the area.
No additional information was immediately available.
