EAST CLEVELAND, Ohio — The East Cleveland Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a missing teenage girl.
16-year-old Damiya Brown left home at approximately 3:00 a.m. on Thursday. Her destination and direction are unknown.
Damiya was last seen wearing a green and black hoodie, and black shorts.
