CLEVELAND — Looking to get away this summer? You're in luck.
On Tuesday, Frontier Airlines announced that it is adding four new nonstop destinations from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE), including Dallas-Fort Worth (DTW), Charlotte (CLT), San Diego (SAN) and San Francisco (SFO).
With the announcement, Frontier says that it will soon be offering 17 nonstop destinations from Cleveland -- the most of any airline at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. To celebrate the occasion, the airline is offering fares as low as $29.
“Cleveland-area consumers now have even more affordable options to visit some of the most popular travel destinations in America,” Daniel Shurz, senior vice president of commercial, Frontier Airlines, said in a statement. “We’re thrilled this substantial growth at CLE means even more ‘Low Fares Done Right’ for those in northeast Ohio.”
Added Interim Airport Director Dennis Kramer: “We are extremely excited for the additional destinations that Frontier is bringing into the Cleveland market. Frontier’s continued investment into northeast Ohio shows why they continue to be one of our great airline partners, who are helping us foster economic vitality by connecting people and business to the world.”
So when can Clevelanders expect to be able to start making these trips? Frontier has released the following schedule:
Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW)
- Service start date: May 12, 2023
- Service frequency: 4x/week
- Intro fare: $49
Charlotte (CLT)
- Service start date: May 12, 2023
- Service frequency: 4x/week
- Intro fare: $29
San Diego (SAN)
- Service start date: June 8, 2023
- Service frequency: 3x/week
- Intro fare: $89*
San Francisco (SFO)
- Service start date: June 23, 2023
- Service frequency: 4x/week
- Intro fare: $99
