Great Lakes Brewing Company in Cleveland celebrates Christmas in July

CLEVELAND — A jolly July tradition is returning to Northeast Ohio on Thursday.

Christmas Ale in July at the Great Lakes Brewing Company will take place on July 20 from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. 

Christmas Ale will be tapped at 11:30 a.m. and a pig roast food special will be served starting at 4 p.m. 

Individuals wanting to attend the holiday-themed event can get seating on a first-come, first-served basis. 

The event will also feature a DJ playing a mix of holiday and summer tunes from 5-9 p.m. on the patio. 

Great Lakes Brewing Company is also holding a toy drive for University Hospitals Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital. Anyone who donates a gift between Thursday, July 20, and Saturday, July 22, will receive a Great Lakes Brewing Company pint glass.
