Two hours before Jake Paul defeated Tyron Woodley via split decision in a boxing match at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse on Sunday night, Cleveland Police responded to a call from a person who claimed to have planted 17 bombs inside the arena.

According to a police report, Cleveland Police received a call at 10:16 p.m. ET from a man claiming to have planted 17 bombs in the arena. Per the report, the man on the call claimed to have flown to Cleveland from Afghanistan and was targeting "non-believers" who he believed should be killed, including Paul.
The man said that he planned to detonate the bombs in 10 minutes, with the well-attended event still in progress. Cleveland Police deployed a K9 sweep of the arena and ultimately didn't find any explosives on site.
News of the bomb threat at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse ahead of Sunday night's fight was first reported by TMZ.
