CLEVELAND — Just one month after Live Nation announced Jennifer Lopez was coming to Cleveland with her “This Is Me… Now” tour this summer, 3News has learned the Aug. 20 concert at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse has been canceled.
J-Lo’s Cleveland concert cancellation was confirmed Thursday morning as 3News spoke with a sales representative at the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse box office.
No reason for the concert’s cancellation was provided.
We also reached out to representatives from Live Nation, SeatGeek and Ticketmaster earlier Thursday for additional information, but have not yet received a response.
Tickets for the concert went on sale just a few weeks ago on Feb. 23. Live Nation's site currently directs to an inactive page when trying to access the Cleveland concert information, while SeatGeek's page says "No concerts near Cleveland, OH."
Tour information on Lopez’s Facebook page also shows Cleveland is not included in the schedule.
Cleveland isn’t the only city impacted by cancellations involving Lopez’s tour. Ticketmaster’s site lists the following cities where shows were also called off:
- Nashville, Tennessee
- Raleigh, North Carolina
- Atlanta, Georgia
- Tampa, Florida
- New Orleans, Louisiana
Lopez was in Cleveland back in October of 2021 as she performed at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony with LL Cool J.
