CLEVELAND — Tri-C and MetroHealth are working together to bring workforce training to the community.
Beginning January 29th at the main hospital campus an eight week course will be offered as part of the inaugural Tri-C Access Center Session at MetroHealth.
During the session “Workforce Success Seminar” people will
- Earn college credit
- Identify and boost employable skills
- Gain computer, internet and Microsoft Office skills
- Get help with career planning, resumé writing and job searching
- Improve study, time management and problem-solving skills
Tri-C Access Centers were created last year to help communities dealing with poverty gain access to education and job training. Access centers currently operate at University Hospitals Otis Moss Jr. Health Center and at Esperanza.
