CLEVELAND — A 27-year-old man is dead following a shooting in Cleveland's Slavic Village neighborhood late Monday morning.
Police say they were called to the 7200 block of Park Avenue around 11:45 a.m. yesterday "to attempt to locate a vehicle associated with a missing person." Authorities eventually spotted the car in a field and found the victim, identified as Cleveland native Cynquan D. Leggett, dead in the driver's seat with a gunshot wound to his head.
Officials have not named any possible suspects and no arrests have been made at this time. Anyone with information regarding this case is asked to immediately call Crime Stoppers of Cuyahoga County at (216) 252-7463, and a cash reward of up to $5,000 may be available.
