CLEVELAND — As Cleveland’s Playhouse Square prepares to host Moulin Rouge! The Musical this summer, tickets officially go on sale for the show’s run on Tuesday.

Moulin Rouge! The Musical will have performances from Wednesday, June 7 – Sunday, July 2 as part of the 2022-23 KeyBank Broadway Series.
Show times are listed as follows:
- Tuesday – Friday: 7:30 p.m.
- Saturday: 1:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
- Sunday: 1 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.
- Thursday matinee June 8: 1:30 p.m.

Moulin Rouge! The Musical opened to critical acclaim at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre in New York back in the summer of 2019 and reopened in September 2021 following the shutdown of Broadway due to the pandemic, according to Playhouse Square officials.
“As in the film, Moulin Rouge! The Musical celebrates over 160 years of music -- from Offenbach to Lady Gaga,” according to a press release. “The stage musical features many of the iconic songs from the movie, and also includes recent hits released since the movie premiered 21 years ago.”
