It's a tradition for those who are lucky enough to visit Cleveland: stop by Slyman's for an infamous corned beef sandwich.
But some visitors will even go the extra mile just for a sandwich.
NBC's Chuck Todd, host of "Meet the Press," was in Cleveland Tuesday and couldn't come to the Erie shore without indulging in some corned beef.
As a result, he trekked a mile to get to Slyman's St. Clair location.
So how bad did I want some decent corned beef today? On a recommendation, walked a mile in 40 degree weather in Cleveland area to Slyman’s. Very worth it. Need better corned beef options in DC! Btw. Hoping Slyman’s will mail order soon! (Sneaky good latkes too)

Others to make the pilgrimage to Slyman's include Tom Hanks, Jay Pharoah and Henry Winkler.
