The Residences at 1717 is located at East Ninth Street and Superior Avenue in the former site of the East Ohio Gas Company. They offer upscale apartments with modern amenities and breathtaking views of Downtown Cleveland.

"We couldn't be more excited for Metro Home Furniture, it's an aggressive decision to join a growing group of forward looking retailers carving out a niche in Cleveland's Downtown scene", said K&D CEO Doug Price.

Metro Home Furniture has been in business in Mentor for three years, and owner Mr. Rogoff decided now was the time to serve a growing Downtown Cleveland population. They will be occupying about 5,500 square feet on the E.9th Street side of the building, just off the lobby, and anticipate opening around June 1st of this year.
