“Our roadsides aren’t a dumpster. Put trash where it belongs and secure items you’re hauling."
That's the message from the Ohio Department of Transportation as they shared footage from one of their cameras that appears to show a driver stopping a vehicle to dump trash along I-480 near State Road in Cleveland.
"And yes, we passed this along to law enforcement," their post continued. "#ALittleLitterIsABigProblem.”
ODOT officials said they spotted the situation while their team was looking into reports of a couch on the roadway.

According to ODOT, they expend nearly $4 million battling litter along the roadways each year.
