A police officer in Philadelphia has honored Robert Godwin, Sr., in a sweet way.
Officer Jonny Castro, a forensic graphic artist, created a digital painting of the 74-year-old who was killed in Cleveland earlier this week.
The Philadelphia Police Department shared the touching tribute on social media.
Video of Godwin's murder was posted to Facebook.
"Our condolences to the family of Mr. Godwin, as well as to the families and loved ones of victims of violence throughout Philadelphia and the world," authorities wrote.
They also urged people to continue being "the best weapon we have in the fight against crime" by reaching out to police.
Funeral services for the father of 10 will be on Saturday.
