Pride in the CLE: Watch the full 2024 march in downtown Cleveland

'Together, we can create a world where everyone is free to love and be their authentic selves,' the event's organizers said.

CLEVELAND — June 1 marks the official start of Pride Month, and thousands gathered in downtown Cleveland Saturday to begin the celebration with the 2024 Pride in the CLE event.

It started with the the nearly one-mile Pride march through the city's streets at 11 a.m., which 3News streamed live on our YouTube channel.

Organizers with the LGBT Community Center of Greater Cleveland describe the march as “a vibrant and spirited procession through the heart of downtown Cleveland.”

Participants were encouraged to wear rainbow colors, wave flags and show their Pride as they marched alongside friends, family and allies.
