CLEVELAND __ According to the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's office, Slater Howell III, 20, of Cleveland has been indicted in the death of off-duty Cleveland firefighter Theodore J. Wright Jr.
On Tuesday, Slater was indicted for aggravated murder, as well as aggravated robbery, murder, and felonious assault.
It is alleged that he killed Wright May 1, 2014.
After Wright was shot while driving, he lost control of his car and it slammed into a tree neat Harvard Avenue and East 71st Street.
Police have yet to arrest Slater.
