Public Square's is ready to make its debut.
The fencing and barriers are down and the area is ready for its unveiling, which is set for Thursday morning.
The rededication ceremony is scheduled for 11 a.m. and the square will be completely open to citizens to enjoy.
Public officials expected to be in attendance include Mayor Frank Jackson, Cuyahoga County Executive Armond Budish and Cleveland Cavaliers' broadcaster Fred McLeod.
