RTA suspends Park-N-Ride and Downtown Trolley bus services due to the Governor’s 'stay at home' order

RTA cancels Park-N-Ride and trolley service until further notice.

Starting Tuesday, March 24, the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority will no longer provide Park-N-Ride and downtown trolley bus services due to the Governor’s "stay at home" order.

As an alternative, the RTA suggest using the rapid as an alternate route for service to downtown.

The RTA suggests customers use the free parking available at the following Red Line stations:

#246 Westlake Park-N-Ride: use the Triskett Station, just off I-90

#251 Strongsville Park-N-Ride: use the Brookpark or Puritas Station

#263 North Olmsted Park-N-Ride: use the Brookpark or Puritas Station

Customers have to show proof of payment when they exit at Tower City Station.

Also, trolley customers can use other Downtown bus routes for essential travel.

RTA will resume service at the appropriate time after the Governor lifts the order.
